In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

To register and maintain an Account on phjpy, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. phjpy strictly enforces the minimum age requirement mandated by PAGCOR for all online gambling activities in the Philippines. Players who misrepresent their age will have their accounts closed and any funds may be forfeited.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of others.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of phjpy or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list that applies to phjpy's platform.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by phjpy for violation of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, registered address, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details. Notify phjpy promptly of any changes via the account settings section or through live chat support.

By completing registration on phjpy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as well as phjpy's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.

Each Player may hold only one Account on phjpy at any given time. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, phjpy reserves the right to close all such accounts and void any associated balances and winnings.

Accounts are personal to the registered holder and are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, pledge, or otherwise transfer your Account or any funds, credits, or entitlements within it to any third party. Sharing account credentials with another person is also prohibited and may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) associated with your Account. phjpy will never ask for your password or OTP via any communication channel — any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify phjpy through live chat support at the earliest opportunity.

phjpy conducts periodic Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification requests and to provide supporting documents when asked. Failure to comply within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.

phjpy accepts deposits through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted. phjpy reserves the right to return funds to the original payment source and may require additional verification before processing any deposit.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction for each payment method.
• GCash and Maya deposits are processed in real time under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one business day, subject to the operating hours of the respective institution.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) require network confirmations before funds are credited; timing varies by blockchain congestion.
• phjpy does not charge a processing fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts held in your own name that match the verified details on your phjpy account. phjpy does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before processing any withdrawal, phjpy may require completion of KYC verification, including submission of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the withdrawal method. Players who have not completed KYC may experience delays in withdrawal processing.

• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during normal operations.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one to three business days.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC20) are processed subject to network confirmation times.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the withdrawal section of your Account.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for compliance with anti-money laundering requirements before release of funds.

Any bonus funds credited to your Account are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been met in full. Only real-money winnings attributable to your own deposited funds and meeting all applicable conditions are available for withdrawal. Attempts to withdraw while bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

phjpy may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that offer only.

General conditions applicable to all phjpy bonuses, unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Unmet wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your Account.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible game categories specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games may void the bonus.
• phjpy reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Attempts to abuse promotional offers — including through coordinated play, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Bonuses have no cash value and may not be exchanged for real money unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

All games offered on phjpy are supplied by licensed third-party game providers. The rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and betting limits applicable to each game are governed by the respective provider and displayed within the game interface or help section.

phjpy makes no representation that any particular game, strategy, or system of play will result in a profit. All gambling activity involves risk, and it is possible to lose the entirety of the funds deposited. Players are encouraged to play within their means and to use the responsible gaming tools available within their Account.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game session, the outcome of the affected round may be determined by the game provider's server logs. phjpy will cooperate with game providers to resolve disputes arising from technical failures. phjpy is not liable for losses caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including network interruptions on the player's side.

Any winnings that result from a software error, game configuration fault, or human error will be considered void and may be reclaimed from your Account balance. phjpy will notify you of any such adjustment promptly.

phjpy is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following tools are available within every player Account and may be activated at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits may be decreased immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days) during which deposits, wagering, and access to games will be restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or extended exclusion from phjpy. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

phjpy enforces a strict 21+ age policy. All Account holders must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use device-level parental controls to prevent access by minors. If you suspect that a minor has registered or is using a phjpy Account, contact support immediately.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on phjpy and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not intended by its design.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or game malfunctions for personal gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Laundering money or using phjpy for any transaction that is illegal under applicable Philippine law.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute transactions made to phjpy through your payment provider without first raising the matter with phjpy's support team.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward phjpy staff or other players through any channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

phjpy cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Evidence of fraudulent activity or criminal conduct will be shared with the relevant Philippine authorities, including but not limited to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

All content on the phjpy Platform — including but not limited to the phjpy name, logo, design, layout, graphics, software, game interfaces, written content, and data — is the property of phjpy or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works of, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without express written permission from phjpy.

Any unauthorised use of phjpy's intellectual property may result in legal action under Philippine and applicable international intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phjpy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected gaming outcomes.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures not attributable to phjpy's gross negligence.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Any reliance placed by you on information, game outcomes, or odds displayed on the Platform.

phjpy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by phjpy's negligence, to the extent such exclusions are prohibited by applicable law.

phjpy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting phjpy support via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawals, or disputed transactions. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, provided all verification and compliance checks are satisfied.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of phjpy, you agree to first contact phjpy's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage, typically within five (5) business days of initial contact.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules under Philippine law. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

You agree that any claim arising from these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought outside this limitation period are irrevocably waived.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. By continuing to use phjpy after this date, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms in full.
