phjpy's services are strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR's online gaming regulations. phjpy does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21.

If phjpy becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, such data will be deleted promptly and the associated account will be closed. Any funds held in such an account will be returned to the verified payment source after deducting the value of any bonuses utilised.
